12 weeks 4 days

Today was my first real doctor's appointment. I had my physical today. I just have one question. Why am I the unlucky one, that whenever she goes in for a pap they have someone new that is being taught how to do a pap? The past two times it's been this way and the exam has taken forever. I know they have to practice on someone but why does it seem like it's always me?

Moving on. I weigh 142 lbs according to their scale, but home here without clothing I weigh 140. I like my scale better. : )

Baby's heart rate was 141 beats per minute which is much slower then last time and more where it should be.

My baby is super active. Which is alot like Ethan was. The doctor could not get over how active. The new person tried to find a heartbeat and it was difficult and took her a long time. The doctor gave it a try and had the same issue. She would get it for about 5 seconds and then whoosh...off the baby went to the other side of my uterus. The doctor said she has never seen a baby that is so active at this point. She chased him or her around forever before she finally got the heart beat. lol. Oh boy, I am in for it.

At my next doctor's appointment I will be 17 weeks exactly so that is too early for an ultrasound. But they will schedule one between that appointment and my next. So in about 6 weeks we get to find out if its pink or blue! Woo Hoo!
